We help Individuals and Businesses to set up either 2nd Home or Representative Office overseas in either Indonesia, Malaysia, or Singapore. 

For Singapore 

• Sebelas Bintang will help to coordinate with our partner to do 100% registration of foreign owned company or through nominee. Apply the required permit of employment pass/ entrepreneurship pass.

Recommeded Capital to put in would be: SGD100K for 1 - 2 years permit. 

For Malaysia 

• Sebelas Bintang will help to coordinate with our partner to do either for Malaysia 2nd Home Program (MYR600K to MYR 1 Million Deposit for 10 years) or from establishment of a company with Min Paid Up Capital of MYR350K 

For Indonesia 

• Sebelas Bintang will coordinate PMA setup and KITAS application 

Recommended Capital to put in would be: SGD100K for 1 - 2 years permit.

Corporate bank account is needed to open to store capital and to operate the business. The business concept will be planned based on the client’s circumstances. As much as possible it should be generating revenues and self sustaining. 

Insurance will be needed to protect the client and families and lower the costs of medical and hospitalisation.

We also recommend for the parked capital to be utilised for investment products such as stocks, bonds, and others to ensure that the capital does not lose the value due to inflation and to provide positive returns.

Depending on the business concept, the rental of office can be from co-sharing space to actual physical office to accommodate the business operations. What we provide is our advisory and coordination services working with our trusted ecosystem partners in which this case, we are working with several trusted property agents and firms. 

We would advise to always rent first and then consider buying when things are more stable and at least have stayed more than 1 year. 

 Online Support is meant for Customer Service Hotline that will be on your beck and call anytime of the day for: 

• Booking Appointments for (Medical Appointment,  Business Meetings, Agencies’ Appointment, and so on)
• To be your local contact point should any of our clients’ stakeholders, relatives, and so on are trying to reach him or her. The service include taking notes. 
• Setting Reminders and Notifications for any important highlights. 
• For Sourcing, Searching, and so on in terms of request for general assistance. 

 PT Sebelas Bintang Abadi also has ground team in Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia that is ready to coordinate meet and greet for our clients on their visits. 

The meet and greet services include: 

• Transportation through and flow from the airport/ terminal.
• Personal pickup done by professionally dressed individual with command of Englisha and good knowledge of the city and surrounding areas.
• Personal assistant services during the visit including a driver to assist with all the logistics and transportation needs.
• Pick-up, Transfer, and Companion for the client or the client’s relatives required for a day trip. 

Meet and Greet is only available for a day trip. 

 Not every need is about settling down overseas and we classify this as an “ad-hoc concierge service”. Be it a medical appointment, a corporate meeting, an event, a meet and greet service, and so on. Our online and offline customer service support team will be there to guide you:
